Covid-19 Policies + Procedures UPDATE

COVID-19 Policies + Procedures

Effective August 2nd, 2021

Mayor Quinton Lucas has officially introduced a new indoor mask mandate per the CDC’s updated mask guidance recommending that fully vaccinated people wear masks indoors when in areas with “substantial” and “high” transmission of COVID-19.

In ordinance with the above, Something White Bridal Boutique will be returning to a mask required policy for all individuals, regardless of vaccination status.

Appointment Guidelines:

  • Masks are required to be worn at all times for all individuals regardless of vaccination status. If you do not have one, a face covering will be provided for you before entering the boutique. Visitors not willing to comply with such will kindly be asked to wait outside the boutique for the duration of the appointment.

  • At this time, we are limiting each group to no more than six people in total.

  • We ask that guests under the age of 15 stay home to eliminate the potential of spreading the virus undetected.

  • We will provide an iPad should you feel the need to Facetime with key decision makers that are not able to be present during your appointment.

  • All viewing areas are spaced more than six feet apart so that throughout your entire appointment social distancing can be maintained.

  • We will only be allowing brides to browse through our inventory + ask that other party members remain seated during the gown selection process + the duration of the appointment.

  • We will not be serving champagne + do not allow food or beverages from the outside.

  • We kindly ask you to reschedule your appointment if you have symptoms, are not feeling well, have had contact with COVID-19 in the last 14 days or have traveled to or from a hotspot.

Additional Tips:

  • Limit the number of in-store visits you make. Deciding to purchase your gown during your first appointment will save you needing to come for a second visit. If it is not possible to make an immediate purchase decision, we encourage you to order over the phone or via email.

  • Reschedule your appointment if you have symptoms or are not feeling well.

  • Wash your hands often with soap + water for at least 20 seconds.

  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose + mouth.

Above all, we ask that you allow us grace as we continue to adapt our business in accordance with local and CDC guidelines.

Should you need anything for any reason at all, we can be reached via email at hello@somethingwhitebridalboutique.com, via phone at 816.216.7454 or via Instagram at @somethingwhitebridalboutique.

Our best,
