BTS: Our Latest Stock Shoot

If you follow us on social media, you already know we had our semi-annual stock photoshoot last week! These shoots are when we photograph all of the new arrivals that have made their way into the boutique, and they’re always one of our favorite (and longest!) days. There’s a lot that goes into getting the perfect shot, styling dresses, changing looks, moving sets, fixing hair, adjusting veils, and approximately a million photos later, we finally have the magic. And the photos just keep getting better every time. We’re giving you a little behind-the-scenes look at this round of shooting, plus a sneak peek at some of the photos we’ve already gotten back from our girl Alyssa Barletter Photography. They’re experts at finding the dress, pouring the champagne, hyping you up, + making every bride feel right at home. They bring their own style, personality, and perspective to every appointment, but they all have one thing in common: they genuinely love making the bridal experience unforgettable.

Twice a year, Paige and Carly pack their bags and head to Chicago for one of our favorite parts of being a bridal boutique: market! It’s our chance to see the latest styles from our designers, explore their newest collections, and hand-select the gowns we’re most excited to bring back to Something White Bridal Boutique for our Kansas City brides. A Day at Flourishing Time Flower Farm with Our Team

We recently spent a beautiful day at Flourishing Time Flower Farm soaking up fresh air, team bonding, and a little bouquet making. From exploring the stunning grounds to creating our own floral arrangements, it was the perfect mix of fun and relaxation. We loved catching up with each other outside the shop, surrounded by blooms and creativity. Walking into Chicago Bridal Market feels like stepping into a world of endless possibilities - rows of gowns, buzzing excitement, and the chance to discover the styles that will define the season ahead. Earlier this month, Paige and Carly traveled to market to hand-select gowns from our designers’ Spring 2026 collections, and let’s just say…the variety this year did not disappoint. From classic silhouettes with fresh details to bold, one-of-a-kind designs, the creativity from designers was truly inspiring. One collection, in particular, captured our hearts in a special way (more on that later!). And here’s a little spoiler, some of the gowns we fell in love with at market are already hanging here at SWBB.
